Terms & Conditions

1)Full payment is to be made upon arrival. We take cash payments (Singapore dollars only) and credit card payments (Mastercard & Visa). There will be a 3% bank service charge for payments made by credit card.
2)Reception operates from 0730 to 2359hrs. If you are arriving before 0730hrs, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements.
3)The official Check-in time is after 1500hrs and Check-out time is before 1100hrs. You may leave your luggage with us if your flight/bus leaves after the check-out time. Late Check-out charges apply.
4)You have the option to use our facilities or you can leave your luggage with us and explore the city first should you arrive early and return later in the evening.
5)We will keep your booking for you for 3 hours from the stated time of arrival. After which, it will be released for booking.
6)We will be very thankful if you would inform us at least 24hrs in advance should you decide to cancel or make any changes to your booking. Full charges apply if cancellation is made less than 24hrs of intended dates.
